Shipping Zones & Costs
Standard UK Mainland: Free delivery on orders over £[Insert Amount]. For orders under this, a flat fee of £[Insert Amount] applies.
Highlands & Islands: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Isle of Man may incur a surcharge of £[Insert Amount] and may take an additional 3–5 working days.

What to Expect on Delivery Day
Once your order is ready, our logistics team will contact you to book a delivery slot.
Room of Choice: Our team will deliver your furniture to your room of choice (subject to access).
Assembly Service: We offer an optional White Glove assembly service. If selected, our experts will build your furniture and remove all packaging.
Access Check: Please ensure the item fits through your doors and hallways. If a delivery fails due to access issues, a re-delivery fee may apply
Hassle-Free Returns & Cancellations
We want you to love your new home additions. If you change your mind, here is how we can help.
14-Day Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place it until 14 days after you receive the goods.
Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Return Costs: If you return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We can arrange a collection for a fee of £[Insert Amount].
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged or develops a fault, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects you:
30-Day Right to Reject: If the item is faulty, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
After 30 Days: We will offer a repair or replacement. If the repair is unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
Reporting Damage: Please inspect your items upon delivery. Report any visible damage to the driver and contact our support team within 48 hours with photos.
Non-Returnable Items
Bespoke/Custom Orders: Items made to your specific measurements or fabric choices cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Hygiene Items: Mattresses and pillows cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened.
