2. The Contract Between Us
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to deliver to your location.
3. Pricing & Payment
Transparent Pricing: In compliance with UK law, the price shown at checkout is the total price, including VAT and all mandatory fees. We do not use “drip pricing” (hidden fees added at the end).
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and finance options (Klarna/Clearpay).
Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
4. Delivery of Goods
Timeframes: We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided on our [Shipping Policy] page. However, dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Access: It is your responsibility to ensure the furniture fits into your property. Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a re-delivery fee.
5. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
Exclusions: This does not apply to bespoke (custom-made) items or mattresses that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty.
6. Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If your furniture is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose:
Within 30 Days: You are entitled to a full refund.
After 30 Days: We will offer a repair or replacement.
