Delivery times depend on whether the item is in stock.
In-Stock Items: Usually delivered within 3–10 working days.
Bespoke/Made-to-Order: These typically take 4–8 weeks as they are crafted specifically for you. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Yes! For most large furniture items, our two-man delivery team will carry the items to your room of choice, provided there is safe and clear access.
Many of our items (like wardrobes and bed frames) arrive flat-packed to ensure they can fit through standard UK doorways. However, most of our sofas and sideboards arrive fully assembled. Check the “Product Details” section on each page for specific assembly info.

This act ensures that every product you buy from us is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If an item is faulty, you have a 30-day right to reject it for a full refund.
Returns & Cancellations
Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item for a refund (excludes bespoke/custom-made items). Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled.
