1. Delivery Areas & Costs
We offer various shipping tiers based on your location and order value:
UK Mainland Standard: FREE delivery on all orders over £[Insert Amount]. For orders under this value, a flat rate of £[Insert Amount] applies.
Highlands & Islands: Deliveries to Northern Ireland (BT), Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man incur a surcharge starting from £[Insert Amount].
Exclusions: Currently, we do not ship to the Channel Islands (Jersey/Guernsey).
2. Delivery Times
In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order: Please allow 4–8 weeks for hand-crafted items.
Working Days: Our couriers operate Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
3. Professional Two-Man Delivery
For large items (Sofas, Wardrobes, Beds), we use a specialized Two-Man Delivery service.
Room of Choice: Our team will carry your furniture to your room of choice (up to the second floor as standard).
Access Check: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items fit through doorways and corridors.
White Glove Service: Assembly and packaging removal can be added at checkout for an additional fee.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and a confirmed delivery window. Our couriers will typically contact you 24 hours before arrival to provide a time slot.
6. Damages & Shortages
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for the condition of your goods until they are delivered to you.
Please inspect all boxes upon arrival.
If you notice any damage, please sign for the item as “DAMAGED” and notify us at support@livingmodefurniture.co.uk within 48 hours.
