14-Day Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place it until 14 days after you receive the goods.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
• Return Costs: If you return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We can arrange a collection for a fee of £[Insert Amount].

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged or develops a fault, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects you:

• 30-Day Right to Reject: If the item is faulty, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
• After 30 Days: We will offer a repair or replacement. If the repair is unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
• Reporting Damage: Please inspect your items upon delivery. Report any visible damage to the driver and contact our support team within 48 hours with photos.

Non-Returnable Items

• Bespoke/Custom Orders: Items made to your specific measurements or fabric choices cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Hygiene Items: Mattresses and pillows cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened.
